Welcome to TurboWheels, an online marketplace where collectors buy and sell Hot Wheels and die-cast cars. By using our website, you agree to all terms listed below.

1.1. Account Eligibility

  • You must be 13+ to create a seller account.

  • You are responsible for your account’s safety and accuracy of your information.

1.2. Marketplace Role

  • TurboWheels is only a platform.

  • All products are owned, listed, and shipped by independent sellers.

  • Sales are directly between the seller and buyer.

2. Seller Policy

2.1. Listing Products

  • Only genuine Hot Wheels and die-cast products are allowed.

  • Photos, descriptions, and titles must be accurate.

  • Any defects or custom modifications must be clearly mentioned.

2.2. Pricing & Ownership

  • Sellers set their own prices.

  • You confirm that you legally own the item you list.

2.3. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Sellers must ship orders within the stated handling time.

  • Tracking information (if available) must be updated promptly.

2.4. No Return Policy (IMPORTANT)

TurboWheels follows a strict NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE policy for all orders.

Buyers are advised to review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Sales are final.

However, sellers must accurately describe products to avoid disputes.

2.5. Payment Release Policy

Seller payouts are released only after successful delivery of the product.

Payment Flow:

  1. Buyer places order and pays online.

  2. Seller ships the product.

  3. Order is delivered to the buyer.

  4. After delivery confirmation, the payment is released to the seller (after platform charges, if any).

This ensures:

  • Buyer receives the correct item

  • Seller receives payment safely

  • Reduced fraud & disputes

3. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges and delivery times vary by seller.

  • Sellers are responsible for safe packaging.

  • TurboWheels does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Payment & Platform Fees

  • Any platform fees for sellers will be communicated clearly.

  • Payments are sent only after order delivery.

  • Refunds or chargebacks (in rare cases like non-shipment) may affect seller payouts.

5. Reviews & Ratings

  • Buyers may leave honest reviews.

  • Fake, abusive, or manipulated reviews are not allowed.

  • Sellers must not force or bribe buyers for ratings.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • TurboWheels is not responsible for:

    • Product quality or authenticity

    • Seller shipping delays

    • Buyer or seller fraud

But we will intervene if rules are violated and may suspend accounts if necessary.

7. Policy Changes

TurboWheels may update these policies at any time. Continued use means you accept any changes.
