1. No Return / No Refund Policy
TurboWheels follows a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy for all orders placed on our website.
All sales are final.
Because TurboWheels is a collector-focused marketplace, many items are:
- Limited edition
- Rare or discontinued
- Individually listed by sellers
- Pre-owned or collectible items
For this reason, we do not accept returns for:
- “Change of mind”
- Wrong selection by the buyer
- Buyer no longer wants the item
- Condition not matching buyer expectations (unless proven misleading)
🛒 2. Buyer Responsibility
Before placing an order, buyers must:
- Read the product description carefully
- Review all photos
- Understand the item’s condition (new, used, custom, etc.)
- Verify the model name, edition, or year
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
📦 3. Seller Responsibility
Although returns are not allowed, sellers must:
- List items honestly
- Upload clear and accurate photos
- Disclose any defects, damage, or custom modifications
If a seller is found repeatedly misleading buyers, TurboWheels may take action, including account suspension.
📬 4. What If the Item Is Not Delivered?
If the product is not delivered, lost in transit, or the seller fails to ship, the order will be refunded to the buyer as per TurboWheels’ protection rules.
This is the only scenario where refunds apply.
🧾 5. Wrong / Fake / Misleading Item Policy
While returns are generally not accepted, TurboWheels may intervene if:
- A fake/counterfeit product is sent
- The seller deliberately misleads the buyer
- The wrong product is shipped
- The item condition is completely different from the listing
In such cases:
- TurboWheels may ask for photos/videos
- TurboWheels may take action against the seller
- A resolution or refund may be provided at our discretion
These cases are handled individually.
💰 6. Payment Release Process
Seller payments are released only after delivery confirmation.
If the item is not delivered, the seller will not receive payment.

- Product condition

- Shipping speed
- Buyer satisfaction
