Thank you for using TurboWheels. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for all orders placed on our platform.
1. Marketplace Shipping Structure
TurboWheels is an online marketplace.
All items are listed, packed, and shipped by independent sellers, not by TurboWheels.
Each seller may have different:
- Handling times
- Shipping methods
- Packaging styles
However, all sellers must follow the minimum standards listed below.
2. Order Processing Time
Seller Handling Time:
Sellers must ship the product within the handling time mentioned in the product listing (usually 1–3 business days).
Delays may occur in situations like:
- Festivals/holidays
- Weather issues
- Courier service delays
If the seller fails to ship within the required time, TurboWheels may cancel the order.
3. Shipping Methods
Sellers may use any reliable courier service such as:
- Delhivery
- Bluedart
- XpressBees
- India Post
- DTDC
Shipping method is chosen by the seller based on:
- Location
- Weight
- Cost
- Availability
TurboWheels does not control or guarantee courier selection.
4. Tracking Information
Once the seller ships your order, they must:
- Upload the tracking ID
- Share courier name
- Update the order status to “Shipped”
You can track your shipment using the tracking link or courier website.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on:
- Seller’s location
- Buyer’s location
- Package size & weight
- Courier pricing
Some sellers may offer:
- Free shipping
- Combined shipping
- Flat rate shipping
All charges are visible at checkout before payment.
6. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after shipment is usually 3–10 business days depending on:
- Distance
- Courier service
- Traffic & weather conditions
TurboWheels cannot guarantee delivery dates, as shipping is handled by third-party couriers.
7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Orders may fail to deliver if:
- The address is incorrect
- Buyer is unavailable
- Courier cannot reach the location
If a shipment returns to the seller due to buyer-related issues, no refund will be provided, as per our No Return/No Refund Policy.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost before delivery:
- TurboWheels will investigate with the seller and courier
- Buyer may receive a refund if the courier confirms loss
- Seller will not receive payment
If delivery is marked “Delivered” but the buyer claims they didn’t receive it, the case will be reviewed using:
- Courier proof
- Delivery photo/signature (if available)
9. Packaging Standards for Sellers
Sellers must ensure:
- Proper protection using bubble wrap/foam
- Strong outer packaging
- No loose items inside
- Secure sealing
Poor packaging resulting in damage may lead to seller penalties or account action.
10. International Shipping
At the moment, TurboWheels does not support international shipping unless explicitly stated by the seller.
