2. User Accounts

2.1. Eligibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials securely.

2.2. Account Information

  • All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
  • TurboWheels may suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Seller Terms

3.1. Listing Accuracy

Sellers must:

  • List only genuine Hot Wheels/die-cast products
  • Provide accurate photos, condition details, and descriptions
  • Disclose any defects, damage, or custom modifications

Misleading listings may result in account suspension.

3.2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Ship products within the promised handling time
  • Use safe and secure packaging
  • Update tracking information when available

4. Payment to Sellers

4.1. Payment Release Process

TurboWheels releases seller payments only after the product is successfully delivered to the buyer.

Payment Steps:

  1. Buyer places order and completes payment
  2. Seller ships the item
  3. Delivery is confirmed
  4. Payment is released to the seller (after fees, if any)

This protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.

5. No Return / No Refund Policy

TurboWheels follows a strict NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy for all orders.

Buyers must review product details and images carefully before purchase.

However:

  • Sellers must accurately describe items
  • If a seller intentionally misleads buyers, TurboWheels may take action against the seller

6. Buyer Terms

By purchasing on TurboWheels, buyers agree to:

  • Review all product details before ordering
  • Understand that all sales are final
  • Contact the seller or TurboWheels support for issues related to non-delivery

Buyers must not misuse the platform to harass or scam sellers.

7. Marketplace Role & Liability

TurboWheels is not responsible for:

  • Product quality or authenticity
  • Shipping delays by sellers
  • Damage caused during shipping
  • Seller or buyer fraud
  • Any disputes between users

However, we may intervene if:

  • Sellers violate policies
  • Products are counterfeit
  • Users engage in harmful activity

TurboWheels reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts.

8. Fees & Charges

  • TurboWheels may charge platform fees, processing fees, or service charges.
  • Any fee changes will be communicated in advance.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Use the platform for fraudulent activity
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content

Violations may result in permanent account removal.
